These  banana cookies are truly the easiest thing to make, and it IS absolutely acceptable to eat them for breakfast! Not only are they vegan and gluten free, but they're made with only 3 ingredients: Weeds & Seeds, oats & bananas. Ok, 4 ingredients if you count chocolate chips (optional).


  • 1 - 280g (10 oz) bag of Weeds & Seeds™ Classic

  • 4 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup of oats

  • ½ cup chocolate or peanut butter chips (optional)



Mash the ripe bananas into a mixing bowl with a bag of Weeds & Seeds. Mix in the oats and chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie batter onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 350ºF. Let cool and try not to eat them all at once. Cookies can be stored in the fridge or freezer.
