Breakfast of champions! Smoothies are a great way to get in your daily dose of Weeds & Seeds...not only is this one a cinch to make and chalked full of essential nutrients, but it's also rich in gut-healthy fibre - and who doesn't need more fire in their lives?

Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons of Weeds & Seeds™ 

  • 1 cup of blueberries

  • 1 banana

  • A fistful of spinach

  • ¾ cup of unsweetened almond or oat milk

  • ¼ cup water

 

Directions 

Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend for up to 1 minutes. Pour and serve immediately. For an after-workout boost boost, add a scoop of protein powder.
