
What happens when you add Weeds & Seeds to a chocolate brownie recipe? Magic, that's what! Not to mention I think we can now call these brownies healthy(ish)? But seriously, they're loaded with fibre and all the goodness that Weeds & Seeds always brings to the table. Enjoy!
Ingredients

1 ⅓ cups of all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup of butter

1 cup cocoa

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

1 ½ tsp vanilla

1 cup of Weeds & Seeds (either flavour)
Directions
Mix together the Weeds & Seeds, flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Melt the butter in a large saucepan, remove from heat. Stir in cocoa, then sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend in the dry mixture. Pour batter into a greased baking pan (we used an 8x10).
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 350ºF.
