CHOCOLATE

CHIP COOKIES

The addition of Weeds & Seeds takes this chocolate chip cookie recipe to a whole new level! Seriously. It adds a little crunch and that extra je ne sais quoi... Plus you can feel good knowing that you're getting in your recommended daily dose of fibre while you eat them all in one sitting. ;)

Ingredients 

  • 1cup of butter (softened)

  • 1 cup of brown sugar

  • ½ cup of white sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • 2 cups of flour

  • 1 cup of Weeds & Seeds

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 2 cups of chocolate chips

 

Directions 

Mix the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla together until it is a light and fluffy.

Add in the remaining ingredients and stir until all well mixed. Using a spoon, scoop the the dough into 2” sized balls and place on a cookie sheet leaving plenty of space between each ball to expand during cooking.

 

Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins at 375ºF.

 

This recipe should make about 30 cookies.
