A gluten-free and GUILT-free healthy snack, these date balls are so delicious and easy to make! Plus they're RAW, high in fibre, plant-based and loaded with goodness! Make these to satisfy your mid-afternoon snack cravings! Feel free to get creative and experiment with your own combinations by adding different nuts, seeds, fruit, etc! 


  • 1 10oz bag of Weeds & Seeds™ 

  • 2 cups of soft dates

  • ½  cup of almonds, lightly chopped

  • ½ cup of shredded coconut + more for rolling

  • ¼ cup nut or seed butter

  • ⅓ cup raw honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla



Chop the dates and almonds, or pulse in a food processor. Combine well with the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Form into balls and roll into additional coconut or crushed nuts (optional). Enjoy and try not to eat them all at once! 

Makes about 2 dozen date balls.
